闽——闽菜——Min Cuisine

闽菜是指福建省及其邻近地区的饮食,这些地区的人们擅长烹饪美味的汤,以及味道温和的食物。

Min cuisine refers to food from Fujian Province and neighboring places where people are good in cooking delicious soup, and mild flavor food.

湘——湘菜——Xiang Cuisine

湘菜因其麻辣油润的口感而深受人们的喜爱。湘菜的大部分食材都经过彻底的炖煮,完全吸收了美味的辣酱。熏腊鸡和猪肉在湘菜中也很独特。
